Perennial Paperie was founded in 2017 by Allie Barnes. Allie began making paper flowers in 2015 as a hobby, and then as she began making flowers for her own upcoming wedding, she realized her passion for paper crafting.

While this is a relatively new endeavor, Allie has been an artist and graphic designer for a number of years, and is passionate about creating beautiful things.
